How to use:
Clean and dry your brest area.
Peel off the backing film / plastic.
Stick the smooth side of the patch to your nipple area.
Press the nipple cover 
Keep me clean:
Apply some mild soap & gently hand wash the nipple cover under warm water.
Air dry in shade, do not expose it to the sun
cover with protective film
